We may not be responsible for the world that created our minds, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we create our world.

Dr. Gabor Mate

Integrity is an internal choice. A commitment. It’s a risk that is evident to yourself and sometimes unacknowledged by others. It’s the essence of responsibility for one’s own behavior.

If you want to improve your life without dependent assistance of alcohol by cultivating better communication skill, permit yourself to live in spiritual principles. The reward will be sanity—soundness of mind and emotional sobriety.

Envision a meaningful, healthy and productive future. Three to five years down the road you might arrive, so let’s develop a detailed, implementable plan to make that future a reality.

People who spend time writing carefully about themselves become happier, less anxious and depressed and physically healthier. They become more productive, persistent and engaged in life. This is because thinking about where you came from, who you are and where you are going helps you chart a simpler and more rewarding path through life.

Aim

Providing Character Knowledge for Resilient Leaders in Sobriety Realizing Wholeness in The Holy Spirit of God

The following essays are suggestive only. You make decisions on what they mean for your life.

Many of the ideas and concepts are an accumulation of my personal experience through life, schooling, readings and interpretation of scripture. It’s careful investigative empirical knowledge of the psychic and spiritual life.

The promise for the reader are useful insights to question limiting beliefs. Expanding your awareness and understanding of life.

Each essay is a one page consolidation of broad topics condensed into segments. There is no way possible to express all of these concepts in such an abbreviated version.

The attempt is to pack as much relevant information that is understood presently. The beauty is that understanding is continually being revealed and is subject to change as we live and experience more.

Rest assured that much of the information are solely my opinions and beliefs through lived experience. They should not be acknowledged and accepted as absolute truth. Any education should be viewed under this kind of scrutiny.

As a state certified Peer Wellness Specialist (Recovery Mentor) in Mental Health/ Addiction and Behavioral Economist: I have studied and experienced trauma informed care first hand, while actively working with clients to improve their mental wellbeing.

I respect my readers of this blog and will do my best to honor and be as honest as I can.

These themes are also meant to spark an interest and shift in attitude which in turn will change your behavior and actions toward the goals you want to achieve.

I am excited for this opportunity to express these ideas in a format which will leave the reader to investigate this information for themselves and come to there own conclusion as to their validity.

Our mission is to help awaken a new perspective or attitude for the problem drinker, excessive social drinker, or if you will, the alcoholic.

You will decide and identify where you fit. My goal is to provide an awareness to enhance communication within yourself which can open the door to truly understanding yourself.

These essays are not only information for the reader, but to commit to my genuine recovery, and expose to myself what works in my life as a recovered alcoholic today. It also holds me accountable to practice what I believe and become consistent in a one day at a time mindset.

We often do what we see others do. If I can help an individual with such an important role in the lives of others, then I view my work as beneficial.

Psychology and Faith are the foundation of behavior. Relationships are the cement. Our mindset is the infrastructure structure of behavior. Let’s work on the skillset as well.

We want to enhance Responsibility Mind Integrity.

The Beatitude’s

Through honesty, open-mindedness and willingness, great discoveries can be made. All we ask for is the willingness to volunteer your time briefly and be open to suggestion.

We guarantee that there is truth contained in these entries because it has been lived and practiced.

Remember willingness is not enough, you must apply by action. Knowing is not enough, you must do.

Lastly, I am proud of many accomplishments, yet I am humbled in spirit to know that none of this would be possible without support from family and a deep trust in a power that allows me to grow daily.

We feel it’s important to remember that even though competition to be the best is highly valued; understand without cooperation and humility, nothing of worth or value is meaningful.

Enjoy and learn from the spontaneoty of life.
